I'm glad to see several of you logging miles over the weekend! I'm definitely pleased with the enthusiasm and commitment level I've seen so far. We'll be back at the middle school all week this week, starting with a flat route Monday morning (the link shows 2 miles, but some athletes will go 3-4 on Monday. We will actually use the same route for most of you on Tuesday as well, but with a slightly different approach and goal.
