It's been a great week of practice. I think we've managed to balance some high-quality workouts (M/W) with some recovery time (low miles, easy pace the second half of the week). We do have an optional-but-encouraged workout scheduled for Saturday morning. We are meeting at 9am at the track/primary. I hadn't thought of this when making the schedule months ago, but there is a rocket football game happening at that time. We will still practice at the same time/location. Just plan on meeting at the ticket booth on the edge of the parking lot. We will warm-up and run from there.
