Our winter workout schedule has been put together! Thanks to all athletes who answered the survey regarding times and dates. Winter workouts and indoor track meets are optional, open to athletes of any sport, and recommended whether you run XC, TF or both. Typically the winter is more laid back than any other season, but there are still plenty of opportunities to stay in shape or get in shape. Check out all of the details on our Indoor Page.
